I hope and wish the neo-cons and the likes of John McCain and his war-hawk buddies will read every word of this article. It should be clear that this group and OTHER radicals such as the Taliban, Al-Qaeda, the Jihadists in Mali and elsewhere are NOT the friends of anyone but Sunni radicals. Especially, westerners who are the “Crusaders” as OBL stated. If you are a Shiite in Sunniland, you are marked. If you are a Sunni in Shialand, you are marked. Whomever wins in Syria will butcher the losers. You can look at Lebanon and see that happening already.

Religion is the reason for so much war, hatred and destruction. It should be abolished, period.

The West likes to pretend this is all about religion (sects), and Islam. It makes some people feel better about trying to oppress freedom.
It is about politics, and living conditions.
Was the French revolution about religion?
Was the US civil war about religion?
Was China about religion when the communists took over?
Was Cuba about religion when Castro took over?
Was Vietnam about religion when Ho Chi Minh took over?
Was Venzuela about religion when Chavez took over?
If every person in Pakistan was atheist, you would still have the same problems and issues.

Come close little ones and listen. Both Jewry and Christianity have had their religeous civil wars. Now, perhaps, is the time for the followers of Mohamed. Fear not though, it will end in peace….in about five hundred years.(Armada thru Northern Ireland)

Again, it seems that Saudi money and Wahhabism are working to create even more disturbances in the region. Why are they our allies? I’m sure we can find oil from other countries. Perhaps Iran? They may be the lesser of two evils!??

@Marla: Hitler and Stalin were both atheists and both hated any sort of religion. Think twice.

Marla, I understand your frustration. But banning religion would be the same as advocating a single religion. In America politics is the new religion. Tolerance among different groups seems to be gone. There is no working together.

I hate this. every man pay their doings what he did than who are they
everyone is free and will pay what they did in this world. As a resident of Quetta and hazara shia i protest against this war of good and evil ask them thay are followers of “Yazeed abn Maovia” if we expel these two (Yazeed and his father Maovia)from Islam then it would be surly religion of whole world.
