The problem is that there will always be someone, somewhere that is going to get their nose bent out of shape about something. Do the world’s greatest version of Silent Night and someone, somewhere will get offended because they aren’t Christian. Show a video of two young, white people walking along a park path, holding hands and someone, somewhere will get offended because they aren’t black. Show Gwen Stefani doing the jitterbug with Yogi Bear and someone, somewhere will be crying like a two-year-old about how their dog was mauled by a grizzly bear twenty years ago.

I’m glad they pulled the video. Haven’t native Americans been through enough, their culture is trivialized in so many ways that it is sickening. I don’t think Gwen Stefani knows anything about the plight of minorities. I thought her photos with Asian women worshiping her were also offensive I’m sick of these entitled people pretending they know anything about how they disrespect cultures.

Yer right, dgcasey. I’ve followed this band long enuff to know they wouldn’t purposely set out to hurt or offend anyone or any walk of life.

On the verge of 2013 you would think people might know what is offensive and choose to rise above before supporting ignorance. Gwen Stefani proved just how ignorant some people still are.

African Americans, Native Americans, anybody from up North, mentally challenged, women, gays, lesbians . . . everybody has to have an apology for every little thing. EXCEPT Southerner
s. “Redneck” seems to be the big joke of the country right now. And guess what? We don’t care. We know who we are, we are not stupid, we don’t care what others think and nobody has to apologize to us. Get the hell over it people.
