to all the residents that haven’t had power over the last 2 weeks (or maybe more), make sure you check your bill when it does arrive because the utilities might try charging you for various “fees” that you should not be responsible for because they are based on consumption (if you did not consume power because you were not receiving power, than you should not have to pay for those fees). Something to keep in mind, because over these last few weeks, those “uncollected” fees are estimated to be a few million dollars and the utilities and system operators will be at a loss
