Partisan politics aside, any agency that touches a pharmaceutical between manufacture and pharmacy should be under FDA regulation. 500 meningitis deaths are more than enough justification. This is profiteering run amok. And the House is busily throwing spitballs. They have subpoena authority, get some FDA folks in chamber and grill them. Over a very hot fire.
