Assad was elected in 2007 with over 98% of votes. His terms ends 2014.
Just because some people wants to usurp power using guns, does not mean that an elected President has to quit now. Isn’t power transfer poosible decided using the ballot box in 2014?
Kim’s family rule in North Korea is even longer since 9 September 1948.
Brahimi is simply an “Arab league envoy” who should have told unelected dictators in Saudi Abrabia, Jordan, Kuwait, UAE, Qatar to quit first.
