I think the movie was “Clock Work Orange.” Soon, everyone will
be ADHD. Why not? It works. Oh, like, who would run the place?
Like maybe the drug company? They’re nice people, but do you
think any of those people have ADHD? Oh! Like the guy who wrote
the article, maybe? Did you ever see a child on Ritalin? The
Zombie Attack looks like a B rated film by comparison.

On the other hand, forgetting to take the meds can make the patient to get much worse than he was to start with and lead to violence or suicide. This study deliberately edits out the bad experiences people have had with these drugs from the statistics to produce the results the drug companies want.

Isn’t it ironic that George Lucas’s “THX 1138″ is becoming prophetic. How much longer before we are all legally required to take behavior-moderating drugs or perhaps a biochip implant that paralyses you if you have violent and/or criminal thoughts? It is unfortunate that technology is slowly but surely allowing the 1% to enslave the 99%. That is, till they can’t take it anymore, like the French Revolution. Dead Heads will rock & roll. There will be a day when the dystopian stories of the present seem tame compared to the realities of the future.
