10 U.S. soldiers is too many for Afghanistan, long-term. It has been over 11 years now. Afghanistan has men.

Our mission was to bomb out the Taliban there. We did that. Now on to Pakistan.

Yes, we have too many troops over in Alfghanistan. 10,000 too many. Bring back our troops. The Alfghan people need to take on the responsibility in make change for their country. The UN should be the only ones to provide support.

Amen to both the above statements… Enough is enough. Let them go back to the 5th century if they want too. We know where they are if we have to take someone out again.

Apparently,65 years of foreign military intervention has brought so little result that even those who celebrate militarism are beginning to realize that self-defense is the only rational role for the use of force. It was our deterrent capability that saved us from “isms”. Now, let’s hope that all the patronizing, culturally offensive meddlers and missionaries will shut up and go home as well. Commerce and communication alone benefit civil societies. Changing evil to good is hard, but violence just wastes lives. Bring our troops home now, not just from there but from all the territories of other nations as well. If others want to emulate or study our culture, they can come here and pay to do it, just like Americans have to. Ramming it down their throats or using bribery is non-productive.
