The BOD’s along with it’s CEO should be investigated for breach of their fidsuary responsibilities as well as walling off their executives from being contacted. I also question the value of their stock price.
The SEC should be investigating this company.

HP clearly believes that Mike Lynch lied to them during the acquisition and plans to lie to the press if he could only figure out what story would go over better. If he’s going to make up some wild tales, they’re not going to help, and they want him under oath so that he can go to jail for perjury when they present the evidence.

Is Lynch a liar, or was HP a pack of fools who was sold a business model that they coudn’t understand or manage by an honest business and technical genius? Maybe both.
