U.S. price hikes on branded drugs far outpace 2012 inflation

The conclusions of this article would be true,if overall inflation were near 2%.Actual,real world,inflation is closer to 8% than 2%.So,prices of these drugs are going up higher than the average inflation,due to overinsured Americans demanding too much healthcare and not caring about costs they don’t pay.Only if there are incentives for healthcare consumers to shop price,will this change.
