It’s pretty much a joke. Rarely is any kind of jail time involved and I mean RARELY. So, likely it will be another fine with “admitting no wrong” settlement.

Once again, what should be a criminal offense perhaps punishable under RICO laws resulting in huge financial penalties and plenty of prison time will instead end in a negotiated settlement (probably with no admission of wrongdoing).

The SEC is a silk-suited crooks best friend.
