There is no harm in talking about the TPP but no Asian country will forego the advantages of the RCEP. The RCEP includes the largest market China which is set to eclipse the American market in as little as 10 years time and there is no compulsion to be be American pawns and arm twisted into expensive purchases of obsolete military hardware.
