I work with this software company (CSC). I am always having to fix their code and send them snippets to fix their problems (they really are amateur coders). I’ve hacked two of their systems with hardly any effort (one of them was brand new and took me less than five minutes to destroy). High school kids could write better code than these morons. They paid a negative tax rate for almost half a decade and rape the government for billions of dollars. Someone should launch an investigation into this company to find out how much of our money they have blown and then fine them double.

This is what happens when you go ahead and buy it, before you have even decided what it is that you want, or how it should work, or what it should do, and then, on top of all that, you buy it from an unqualified source. It’s no wonder, the vendor can’t give you a firm price, you are buying an “after lunch gas belch”!

Cut their budget. What ever the Pentagon budget was last time, multiply it by 0.5, that’s the new number. And any general who loses a war, or takes longer than 3 years in a war…. gets shot for treason.
