Obama has a responsibility to read and absorb the recommendations of his own handpicked Commission on Fiscal Responsibility and Reform. The audacity to establish a commission using taxpayer money, then totally ignore their recommendations is beyond the pale and shows the lack of character in this President.

Running this country isn’t a joke. It takes a heightened sense of responsibility to assume the Oval Office. It means attending National Security Council meetings and Cabinet members. It is not all about free time, basketball, golf and vacations.

neilC..Bowles-Simpson (IMHO) was a good plan. But you really really need to go look at who blocked this bill from coming up for a vote in the House. It wasn’t Obama..it was Paul Ryan and the Republicans. Do you ever vet anything?

The Market typically over reacts to these events. I’m guessing that the market has already built in a “No Deal”. And I’m challenging that the impact of the fiscal cliff will really be as dire as it’s being portrayed. It would be much worse if it didn’t occur and our Credit was downgraded again.

The fact that we now even have something called ‘Santa Claus Rally’ indicates the depth of our problem on Wall Street.

It’s all based on bullschidt. The markets are bogus. But I leave it some milk and cookies anyway.
