Russia abstains from vote on Yugoslav war crimes tribunal

Of course Russia abstains, they also abstain and veto resolutions condemning Dictators such as Syria’s Abbas. It shouldn’t be a surprise that Russia supports this kind of thing, their folly is that they truly believe their ideology requires them to do so, maybe it does. Russia has never had to atone for the war crimes and crimes against humanity of it’s own people, Hungary, Poland, and other former soviet states raped and pillaged by the soviets!
