Evidence in Colorado theater shooting to be revealed

Evidence? What, they think they found the shooter?

Who cares about this evidence. The dude they found in the parking lot with 7 guns and 2,000 rounds of ammo matching the casings on the floor and bullets in the bodies…. who admitted to the crime….. is probably your guy.

This is soooo stupid. They guy did it, no doubt. Put a needle in his arm and let’s go on.

sadly we have to go through the motions of a trial, its in the constitution, and the second we skip it for one man, it becomes questionable. that said I think it will be a short case with defense only trying to get him institutionalized instead of killed. the real shocker here is that cinemark has someone in charge that thought their offer was a good idea, that guy needs to be fired and mentally evaluated himself.

Totherepublic, I thought you were so adamant about following the Constitution? I guess you just forgot about the whole right to trial by jury of peers thing? You cant have it both ways and be a Constitutionalist about one thing and not another.
