South Korea budgets for sunnier ties with reclusive North

Such rhetorics in terms of South-north related situation have long been heard without substantial progress on the regional peace and
security. I am personally sick and tired of the above comments. Given the fact that the Korean peninsula is geographically situated Among China, Russia and japan and politically bastioned among China, Japan and USA, there seems to be nothing we, Korean people can do under the circumstances that multi-related balances of powers continue to
exist.

So, my personal humble suggestion is that firstly, let South and North reunify on the compromise & arbitration of so-called Super Powers like China, Russia, Japan and both South & North and then let unified Korea declare neutrality in the Far-Eastern region, like Swiss in Europe. After the declaration of Neutrality, I guess you can imagine what is happening thereafter.
