I wonder what the reaction would be if this were to start…

(Reuters) – A Pakistani drone strike killed at least 10 people suspected to be U.S military in New Yorks northern rural areas on Sunday, intelligence sources said, days after another drone strike killed a top military leader in the area.

I get a smile on my face every time I hear the protests about the drone strikes. We have finally figured out a way to surgically remove the terrorists that scurry into the woodwork like cockroaches when authority shows up. Particularly when they cry out about their rights. These cowards target innocent women and children with their suicide bombers. What about those peoples right to live?

Lysander..if you lived in Pakistan and had a wife and kids that went to the market to buy food…perhaps you’d have a better appreciation for the drone strikes. Particularly if one day they were killed by a suicide bomber on a shopping trip. Your analogy is asinine since such attacks don’t take place in the U.S.

on 9/11 we got attacked by nineteen people, none of whom were afghan. only a handful of other people had prior knowledge of the attacks. we’ve killed over a million innocent people in retaliation. these are 10 more people who didn’t attack us on 9/11, who only took up arms because we’ve been an occupying murderous presence for a decade. if some lunatic american attacked china, let’s say, and they decided to invade america, you know as well as i do that every redneck would be out there with their new ar15s. how can you possibly expect something different from these people? you’re all terribly stupid.

Mullah Nazir, who was taken out a couple of days ago by a drone strike, had close links to both the Haqqani network and Pakistan intelligence outfit ISI. As the drone attacks score spectacular successes, one must assume that there will be some form of reprisal.

The Benghazi assault on the US Consulate in September 2012, which resulted in the death of four Americans including Ambassador Christopher Stevens, was masterminded by the Haqqani network and was carried out by the Libyan Islamist group Ansar al-Shariah and al-Qaeda elements aided by members of the Pakistani diaspora in Benghazi. The assault was carried out in direct retaliation for the deaths of Badruddin Haqqani and al-Qaeda leader Abu Yahya al-Libi; both were killed by drone attacks in Wazirstan (Pakistan).

The liberal voices are muted on this one because it is the great Obama who has condoned these strikes; then they must be okay? right? It’s nice to see Barry doing at least one thing right. I’ll give credit where it’s due.
