U.S. does not rule out removing all troops from Afghanistan

Any troops we leave will just become targets. We have managed to make even Doctors and health workers providing polio vaccines targets thanks to the drone strikes. Anyone even vaguely associated with the US will be treated as an enemy as long as we have an active military program there.
