Texas school can force teenager to wear locator chip: judge
Ms. Hernandez and anyone who values their Constitutional rights and liberties shoild tell Garcia and the school district to go pound sand! A mass walkout of students would send a clear message. Sadly, most are nothing more than Sheeples and will just roll over and accept it.
This technology should be immediately introduced in Congress to facilitate real-time monitoring of our so-called representatives.
gee what happened to detention if a student was loitering or
late for class?
THIS is why we will NEVER disarm!
Why aren’t all children chipped until they turn 18? What is the problem with parents having the ability to know where there kids are? We chip our pets so they may find their way home if they become lost. Wouldn’t parents rather be able to find their children alive when they go missing?
Sadly, it’s all about the money.
“… is not attempting to track or regulate students’ activities, or spy on them, … Northside is using the technology to locate students …”
Does Texas and it’s courts speak some kind of strange other-planet English? It’s a great idea, though, to get the growing drone used to the leash idea of being “under location” at all times and that the 2nd Amendment is a bad thing. Guns are bad, your leash is good.
The Founding Fathers do roll in their graves. Shame on Texas…
this is wrong. period.
Throw it in you locker and leave it there.
This is ALL about money.
SAD.
Wear the device. But wrap it in lead tape so its useless.
Zap them in the microwave for 1-3 seconds.
