I think they need to take the people that did this to this poor guy and tie them to a truck… EYE FOR AN EYE… cause i dont want my taxes paying for some dumb asses like this to stay warm and fed and unharmed in prison… take them outback and dont call the police. GET WELL SOON !!!!

I wonder if there is more here,, perhaps this guy was a abuse? seems a harsh action against anyone,,,they might have had a reason or justification,,, and law enforcement had been escorting??? mayhaps we could get more details?

This is a horrible story. People get so stupid and cruel when they are drunk. 2007 my 23 yr. old grandson jumped out of a moving vehicle—thought he was being robbed & attacked. Had accepted ride home from bar with a stranger. Grandson’s leg caught up in seatbelt. Driver would not stop. Drove for 3 more miles til he crashed into tree.
Grandson lost one leg, half of other foot, had road burns all over body—some down to bone.
When I read stories like this one—all the horrible feelings return.
Don’t ever ride with a stranger or anyone who has been drinking!
He lived. Walks with prosthetic leg. Suffers flash-backs and depression.

I doubt some of these comments would be so flippant, if the victim had been a woman.

Why so some people find stories like this amusing? This is a horrible event and I hope the people that did this pay dearly for it.

This is sick, low IQ behavior. He will be forever dealing with the trauma of this attack. So let the three who did this sit forever in a jail with no alcohol. They’ll be getting off lightly in comparison. Having said that, it’s people like this who make the argument for the death penalty.
