I agree with the Mulvaney on this one. Any new spending should be offset by cuts somewhere else. Not funding these projects is exactly how we got into this mess in the first place. There’s plenty of waste in government spending. Covering this relief should be a piece of cake. How about we get rid of the Oil subsidy.
