Former Japanese Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama is visiting China now. He lays wreath at the Nanking Massacre Memorial a short while ago. Prior to this, he said in Beijing that Japan’s acknowledgement of dispute on Diayu Islands and hence negotiate with China for a peaceful settlement is the viable solution.

I think reporters and editors of Reuters should be aware of this news. I don’t know why they choose not to report here.

Yukio Hatoyama is not an offcial representative of Japan. He has announced his retirement from politics and is in China in a personal capacity.

Still, it is certainly news worthy Kailim. This has been carried by other news outlets in Asia. Would have been nice to see it carried here also. He reminds me of people who think negotiations with Al Queda would be a good idea. As any negotiations with either Al Queda or China mean cutting off your own head and accepting enslavement.

Japan is only capable of killing other Yellow fellows, bravo!

It seems to forget it is still dictated by the US, economically and militarily.

Very curious where Japanese(esp. the far-right wingers) get their pride from?

@Enslave_Pacific,

from your sentence: “… He reminds me of people who think negotiations with Al Queda would be a good idea. As any negotiations with either Al Queda or China mean cutting off your own head and accepting enslavement. ”

One can’t imply anything except this: your kind are very afraid of Al-Queda and China.
