All the truth about Mali intervention is said by the Belgian congressman Laurent louis on this video.

For those who don’t speak french maybe there is a way to translate the video to english.

But in short he’s saying that the reason for intervention is because of URANIUM mines newly discovered in a remote village of 17,000 people in Mali and that France(Nato) is intervening to keep that URANIUM in the hands of its multinational company ARIVA(and global financial firms) and also to prevent CHINA from gaining acces to it.

All recent conflicts(and regime changes and regime change has just happened in Mali) are about the control of global natural resources and preventing China from gaining access to them….and terrorism(promoted) gives western governments a pretext for military interventions.

How can you explain this contradiction that France is fighting militants in Mali and Algeria but supporting them in Syria?

In reality there is no contradiction in fighting militants in some places and supporting them in others because the end game is military intervention. In either case terrorism serves as excuse…

Nothing to see here – move along: Mali, Gold reserves, Germany, France and the US
Germany wants their gold holdings repatriated to home soil. They have asked the French to return ALL of their gold stored in France, at a rate of 50 tons per year until all 374 metric tons are received.
The French have just commenced military operations in Mali. Mali is Africa’s third largest gold producer. Mali, this past year, increased its gold production by just over 50 metric tons.
Obama has offered logistical and other support for the French bombing of Mali from Algeria.
Dozens of foreign oil workers kidnapped (many killed by the inept rescuers) by Algerian Islamic Extremists in Algeria, several of them are Americans.
Is anyone else seeing the connections here?
I’m willing to bet that France does not have Germany’s gold and the Deutsche Bundesbank (German Federal Bank) has given them a few years to mine it from Mali. Yet the Mali source must be secure, hence the military must make sure the gold flows.
The Germans have also requested the U.S. Federal Reserve to return 300 tons of stored German Gold.
A tiny fraction of the supposed 8,000 tons of US Gold Reserves.
But the U.S. Federal Reserve are going to take 7 years to repatriate this tiny proportion of Gold holdings back to Germany.
Why is it going to take them so long?
How much gold is actually stored in Federal Reserve vaults?
How much of it might be gold plated tungsten?
Inanely the Germans say they are not going to assay the repatriated gold.

The Tuaregs allied with the Islamists at first. However, the Islamists later turned on the Tuaregs, thus splitting the two groups.

The Tuaregs are looking for some level of political independence in their area of Mali. However, they are not promoting religious extremism of any kind to the best of my knowledge. They simply want more say in their own affairs.

They would make much better allies than enemies and I hope someone will realise that before it’s too late.
