When the Islamist “terrorists” capture the town, the residents will also dance, but just a different music.

Those Malian idiots , calling themselves Muslims, burned a library of some of the world’s most ancient and valuable Muslim texts. That’s right. Sacred Islamic writings. They have no religion but destruction and tyranny.

The retreating insurgents’ burning of the library in Timbuktu is the unkindest cut of all.
Not even Saddam Hussein or Muammar Gaddafi had reached such heights of barbarity.
Indeed, ignorance is again proving to be the worst enemy to have.

Meanwhile, developing nations righteously insist on “repatriating” treasures mercilessly stolen from them by the imperialist West. This stuff would have been better off in the British Museum.

More tough talk from a loser chicken cult.
Put them up against REAL courage, and REAL fighters like the French, and they run like scared rabbits.
The French are extremely tough and brave fighters, and have been for over 2 thousand years.
Viva La France!

100% in agreement. The terrorists are effective only when their targets are unarmed and defenseless. The chief of these terrorsts had also challenged the French to come down and “fight like men.” Alright then, they got their wish and have proven themselves to be cowards on the run.

What should happen is that a battalion of educated women soldiers should go up against these craven cowards!

These jihadists have proven themselves time without number to be cowards – they shoot schoolgirls, kill children, use kids as suicide bombers, whilst the “leaders” hide like the chickens that they are, in caves!

And now they have shown themselves to be ignorant peasants of the lowest order – but the really disgusting thing is that the rest of the moslem world sits in silence! BUT if someone so much as touched their precious koran, they gibber, squeal & bray like demented farm yard animals for some sort of ‘holy war’ – my revulsion is without limit!

So much for islam being the religion of peace & toleration …b******s!

what i don’t quite understand is why the fleeing jihadis weren’t picked apart from drones as they fled to the north, which was predictable. all they will do now is stay hidden and calm and nurse theier wounds until the french get tired and go back home, leaving the security of mali to its inept, corrupt, poorly trained and poorly compensated ‘army’, which malians say is little better (and sometimes worse) than the jihadis.

So why did they sit on their hands and put up with the jihadists without a fight in the first place? Why is it up to the West, or other outside entities to rout these barbarians? Why can’t moderate practitioners of Islam stand up for themselves, and show the rest of the world that they will tolerate no extremism of any faith, even their own?

Until valid answers to these questions are forthcoming, I just shake my head and think that they get what they deserve.

I find it hilarious that the people who sceam “Oh noes! They have torched the library!” would have never read a single book from it, even if they had a chance…

All this outrage is 100% wishful, speculative, unreal…
