Surround them, divide them and then conquer. I have noticed that some of these military bases are short on food, cut the supply lines and then see how long they can last.
Heck, it is just amazing that an army less than two years old is having this much success in the first place. Mr. Al Assad, aka The Cowardly Lion, is weak.
