So now Amazon is the bad guy because it’s offering e-books at honest prices. When there isn’t anything more than a simple download involved, why should ANY book cost the same or nearly as much as a book that’s been printed? Amazon is opening up more great books for prices the average person can afford. This lawsuit is just some companies wanting more money for doing less. Look at Kindle sales v/s Nook. Of course Kindle won. The ebooks cost less on Amazon. This is a no-brainer.
