Only because they all have Cell telephones and are too busy texting to have sex. Probablay a good thng but no social skills learned by texting your life away. I believe the declining teen pregnancy rate is tied to the unemployment rate. This recession has meant more parents at home, supervising kids. Teens aren’t so likely to bring their girlfriend or boyfriend home for a little after school “visit” when Mom or Dad is there. The CDC folks are fooling themselves if they think the 8% decline reflects “better education”. We’ve been educating teens about birth control for years.
