No New Year celebrations for Tibetans in center of unrest

As far as I know, the Tibetan lunar new year in 2013 is same as Chinese new year, so the vast majority of Tibetan celebrate new year with Han this year.
Besides, governments seize TV in any countries. I believe Chinese government prevents people from watching anti-China programs because I never watched any ‘anti-Britan’ programs in UK these years.
