Reuters: according to both your own, as well as the BBC reporting, non-insignificant part – 15 to 25 percent – of “rebel” casualties are actually foreign fighters. Most of them are islamic militants. Would it not be more appropriate to call these units, fighting the Syrian Arab Army – “Syrian rebels, islamic militants and foreign mercenaries”?
