And.. this arcticle is under the Euro Zone part of Reuters. Wrong! Bulgaria is not part of the Euro zone. This is also the case for Romania, Poland, Baltics, UK, Swedden. Surpisingly, there are even countries outside EU, like Norway, Switzerland, Serbia, Macedonia, Ukraine, Croatia, Bosnia, Albania.

And also, spellchecker in the comment field would be good idea. Each forum in the poorest has one.
