Mortgage lender Quicken bets on downtown Detroit's revival

If all Quicken Loans does is throw money at a small portion of Detroit, their only accomplishment will be to build a few more Ivory Towers amidst the urban decay.

The only solution is to address the cultural issues that continue to eat away at a once great city.

Until then all the light rails and cash incentives to move to Detroit will only be a superficial solution and will inevitably fail.
