Being an HTC customer that never got a promised upgrade of software on my Desire S means that i wont purchase this or any other HTC phone. I hope other previous customers feel the same.

The reason HTC is bad off is through their own design. the only HTC phone I ever bought had about 200kb of phone memory. It barely ran anything and could only be used as a phone. Had to buy a Ipod Touch and a Toshiba Pad to be able to run any real programs and not run out of memory.
