Removing ambulance chasing lawyers working on contingency will do a small part to unclog the courts. Some countries let investors and even banks fail. Not the nanny state of the US where both the right and left wings think every investor has a right to be aggrieved for their own lack of diligence on where their money is. Only when investors lose money will Boards and corporate officers have some skin in the game. Simple example, weak bank? Patronize another to protect your money. Hold the executives accountable for insolvency.
