If I had to guess I would think that maybe Sen Bob Menendez ordered a plane from Boeing figuring it is much cheaper to own your own plane than to pay a buddy $80,000 for 2 flights to a hooker infested resort ina 3rd world country.

The other plane I heard was ordered by the mother of Honey Boo-boo who figured in a few years she cound set up a rendevous with Sen. Menendez in that same 3rd world country.
