Kerry voices conditional U.S. support for U.N. arms treaty

What a Joke the world does not care once this is signed we have no choice. Kinda like Marijuana does the UN respect our legal processes here or are they demanding we honor our treaty obligations and shut down the will of the people. The UN is not a Democratic organization. They are appointed Bureaucrats that represent the richest people of every country. It is like a Dictatorship. They dictate mandates after resolutions and threaten to kill or jail you if no comply!
