Aaaaaaaagh ain’t that a shame!

It’s really got to hurt the BP execs and lawyers to see a bunch of Swamp People move in as neighbors.

Come listen to a story…………..

It’s not fictitious until Donald Trump shows up in a neck brace. BP, toughen up.

Oh, so very, very sad for the yachting boys of the BP fraud machine. “”irreparably harmed” by the payouts without relief from the court, because they could cost it “billions” more than it budgeted for when it agreed to a settlement in April 2012.
Kind of like the Louisiana coast? I hope they are irreparably harmed, and I hope they get the same relief they supplied in the immediate aftermath. We should bankrupt the corrupt syndicate and distribute what is left of the ill gotten gains among the people who have fished the Gulf for centuries. Take BP down like a Macondo well.

American’s at their best! Land of the whiner, home of the scammer. But we sure love that flag and constitution as we boast of being the most moral “Christian” nation on earth. Lol

I was reading an article about this oil spill in Nature Magazine a few weeks ago. It appears that the biggest challenge to scientists was not how to clean up the spill, but to figure out what actually happened to the oil. There is virtually no trace of the spilled oil only, about 10% of the total can be accounted for and most of that did not reach the shore. Most of the Gulf Coast was completely unharmed by the oil and most of the tourist loss was caused by the media hype surrounding the incident.
This whole affair is becoming a feeding frenzy for lawyers who are raking huge amounts of money.
The danger in all this is that the tens of thousands of American citizens employed by BP will lose their jobs while the lawyers will burp in their faces.I think if BP knows of companies that are making fraudulent claims they should take them to court and sue the crap out of them.

Leave BP alone now, they’ve paid out enough, the Gulf is fine, and profiteer scamsters are rampant. Ficticious claims should be prosecuted as fraud. You and I need their oil, no long term damage, not that much short term, except for loss of lives, and oil exploration is a risky business. No more ATM for the scamsters!

Sounds like the Macondo well. Frankly, I hope BP is “irreparably harmed”. They were irresponsible in their operations and “irreparably harmed” the 11 men who were killed when the platform burned and sank.
