Despite evidence, parents' fears of HPV vaccine grow

I had both my daughters vaccinated and will vaccinate my son when the time comes because I have had HPV that led to pre-cancer that had to be burned off of my cervix and I don’t want them to have to go through that. But I can understand why people don’t finish the series, they are horribly painful shots and it’s a nightmare to take your children back two more times to go through the experience of the shots after watching how terrible the first one was. I think if they can find a way to make the shot less painful or to do it as one shot they will have better results.

The statement “If they have questions or concerns, they should trust their provider to give them accurate information about the vaccine,” should send chills down your spine.

Doctors get their information from questionable sources and have a clear conflict of interest and a dubious understanding of evidence-based medicine.

CDC may as well say, “Trust us, we’re the government and we know what’s best for you.”

Trust my provider… to do what… poison my children, give them debilitating immunological disorders? I don’t think so. Cancer is an immunological disorder that requires a strong immune system. Parents, don’t fall for the Big Pharma hype. Read the anecdotal evidences. They are real stories by real people, not clinical studies designed by Big Pharma to produce the exact result it wants. Read, study, learn, talk to real people, not doctors. Most doctors are Big Pharma lapdogs who get free vacations for their families along with a lot of big benefits for prescribing drugs.

Unfortunately Caveat Emptor – Buyer Beware – applies to prescription medications as any other consumer good or service: Profit perverses pure motives.

Harshing on providers is unnecessary, though. The average physician’s only benefit from Big Pharma is free pens, it’s the consultants quoted in this article, for example, that are owned. Whether they want to admit it or not, they like all of us work for whoever is scratching the check.

Finally, the big problem with Public Health is that it treats all people as part of one homogenous cohort: are side effects more or less common in healthy or less-than-healthy kids?

Whether anybody agrees with me or not … I don’t care. It’s should be 100% personal choice. If an individual feels it’s unsafe, they should not be obliged to have there selves or there family exposed. This is not about public safety (which is a terrible argument for getting the flu or chicken pox shot), it is about individual welfare.

Our daughter has been sick for over 3 years due to ONE shot of HPV. She was dx by the Mayo Clinic as suffering from Autonomic Dysfunction thanks to the shot. They told us the involuntary nervous system (digestion, heart function, vision, etc.) was damaged. Imagine living with a perfectly healthy teen who now is on a large dose of a beta blocker just so she can function during the day. Also, imagine headaches that won’t quit, no ability to eat due to a screwed up digestive tract. If you are interested in this for your child then by all means get the shots. If not, then research, and reach out to those of us who are telling our story. Investigate this vaccine before giving it to your child. Oh, as far as trusting your doc? We did and now he can’t help us because our daughter is so sick. He also agrees that the shot caused her issues. PLEASE research this first!

Apparently the one sure cure for stupidity is disease and death. Gee thanks mom and dad.

I was writing an article on vaccine safety and was shocked that the CDC had on its own website that there were reports that up to 68 girls had died from the Gardisil vaccine. Delving further I realized this was an old number and a more recent update is there have been potentially 120 deaths confirmed as being affiliated with Gardisil. This does not count the thousands of girls who were severely injured from the vaccine.

Here is what the FDA has to say on their website (note the time frame was from 2008): Concerns have been raised about reports of deaths occurring in individuals after receiving Gardasil. As of December 31, 2008, 32 deaths had been reported to VAERS. There was not a common pattern to the deaths that would suggest they were caused by the vaccine. In the majority of cases with available autopsy, death certificate and medical records, the cause of death was explained by factors other than the vaccine.

Hmmm. . .really? Always other than the vaccine. At what point do we accept that they really might be a problem with vaccines in some people? We admit there is a problem with food allergies in some people, why not vaccines?

Sensationalized and anecdotal, I find that very offensive. My daughter had an unremarkable health history prior to the Gardasil vaccine. From healthy and happy to having serious neurological and auto immune issues, all the same symptoms that are being reported to VAERS. Current VAERS numbers are over 28,000 injuries and 130 deaths.

Sensationalized…really? The injuries are real, the stories are similar. There is a Gardasil Syndrome. It is not SENSATIONALIZED!! 26% of the the claims being filed in Vaccine Court are from Gardasil injuries. These kids are being injured by this vaccine. As a mom, I thought it was a good choice to have her vaccinated because I had pre-cervical cancer. It is a choice that, as a parent, I have to live with every day. I urge every parent who is considering this vaccine to investigate it thoroughly. The list of injuries is growing every day as well as the deaths. Be one less to get Gardasil. Protect your children. A pap smear has never killed anyone, Gardasil has!!!!

Ya got it backwards – it’s *because* of evidence that parents’ fears of HPV vaccine is growing. There are 130 suspected HPV vaccine-associated deaths reported, and 924 permanent disabilities. While it’s true that some of those reports, after thorough investigation, may prove causally unrelated to the vaccine, it is to be expected that most will prove causally related, if only because that is the nature of correlation. But add to that the fact that the reporting system, VAERS, is dysfunctional – it is generally accepted that only 1% to 10% of actual serious adverse reactions ever get reported – and it’s apparent that the actual number of vaccine deaths is much higher than the 130 reflected.

In other nations, if only 3 or 4 vaccine-related deaths are suspected, they terminate the use of the vaccine – and that is exactly how it should be.

The blatant injuries are the tip of the iceberg. There are so many problems surrounding the licensure and track record of the vaccine, it’s dizzying, including Merck’s own trial documents showing that 6% or so of adolescent women receiving the vaccine will experience a 47% *increase* in risk of cervical cancer.

There are approximately 3,700 deaths each year in the U.S. from cervical cancer (CC). There are approximately 150 MILLION women in the U.S. This means CC causes death in 0.002466% of American women each year. The cost to vaccinate all 150 Million women with HPV vaccine: $540,000,000 (more than 1/2 Billion Dollars)
According to CDC, as of 06/2011, there have been approx. 35 million doses of HPV vaccine distributed since 2006. There have been 18,727 reports of adverse reactions to VAERS during that time. At this rate, the percentage of adverse reactions to the vaccine is 0.053505%. When compared with the rate of deaths from cervical cancer among U.S. women each year (0.002466%), the rate of REPORTED vaccine injury from HPV vaccines is more than 2,000% higher than the death rate from cervical cancer. 35 million doses of gardasil equates to $4,200,000,000. http://www.cdc.gov/vaccinesafety/vaccines/hpv/gardasil.html

Based on what we’ve learned from the FDA’s own documents, here are the likely outcomes of each of the four quadrants:
• Quadrant I: Non-Sexually Active, No Gardasil Vaccine
Outcome: No risk of cervical cancer.
• Quadrant II: Non-Sexually Active, Receives Gardasil Vaccine
Outcome: No medical benefit from vaccine.
• Quadrant III: Sexually Active, No Gardasil Vaccine
Outcome: HPV presence is self-limiting and does not lead to cervical cancer.
• Quadrant IV: Sexually Active, Receives Gardasil Vaccine
Outcome: 44.6% Increased risk of precancerous lesions. No reduction in cancer risk.
In other words, Gardasil adds no benefits to any quadrant!
If you give the vaccine to someone who already is infected and may not know it (they don’t test first), you will increase their risk of having pre-cancerous lesions by 46.9%. (Per Merck Testing) If you give it to someone who is pregnant, but does not know it (they don’t test first), you are increasing the chance of an abnormal baby (per Merck Testing).
The vaccine is only “effective” for 3-5 years, so if you are giving it to a 9-11 years old, it will wear off by the time they are 12-14 if 3 years, and 14-16 if 5 years. But they never tell you that you “need” to have more after that.

My daughter is almost six years into her Gardasil nightmare. Doctors are playing Russian Roulette with these kids because they have absolutely no idea why once healthy, athletic, well-rounded kids are falling victim to lifelong, life altering, debilitating autoimmune injury. Our once normal, suburban lives have been turned upside down and inside out since we listened to our doc about Gardasil. Now that the Gardasil damage is done does that Doc have much to offer? No because he has absolutely no idea why this happened or how to fix it. I challenge the Docs who have not fully researched this new vaccine and its AEs . . . spend just one day in the life of a Gardasil victim and see how “very sensationalized anecdotal” those Adverse reports are.

Perhaps you should read the insert for Gardasil.. Research what actually happened to the women and girls in the Gardasil trials – 73.3% came down with new medical conditions. Maybe you would like to hang out with all of the girls/young women who have been disabled by this vaccine – it has an aluminum adjuvant that piggybacks onto the HPV 16 L-1 DNA particles to breech delicate blood brain barrier causing severe medical conditions.. Our daughter couldn’t finish this series as she became disabled after two. Her doctor told us she would be dead had she taken the third injection. Instead, we feel everyone should stick with the Pap Screen Program that has the highest rate of preventing cervical cancer.

The only problem is the vaccine insert actually says it does not prevent HPV. I KID YOU NOT!!
