At last the Pope is starting to govern. His multiple demonstrations of humility and show of poverty have been less convincing. Everybody knows that his golden crosses, splendid apartments, and luxury limousines have only been shelved but still exist. Even the huge golden triple crown that Pius XII. last wore, still waits in the cupboard. Sell it at Sotheby’s and give the money to the poor.
