When, oh when! is someone going to figure out that it should be true that Smart TV:TV::smartphone:phone? Smart TVs are (currently) too dumb. They need to be as smart as smartphones (and have the CPU, GPU, RAM and storage to go with it).

Call it tv; call it video or by any other name. There is more interaction with video devices than without it. Business models are conservative but when the time comes when everybody uses video interaction, businesses will not be the exception. Intel may not want to be a player for video in this particular field (tv) but the market is very tempting for new entrants.
