The best part of this action is that the US launched a cyber attack on itself. 500 million reports each month would give 6 billion reports each year from Germany alone. It will take thousands of years to read, analyze, and act on the mountains of data. It looks more like covering backsides than real intelligence work. All members of the Bush and Obama regimes and their intelligence agencies should be executed for treason. The US has lost two wars and slaughtered thousands of troops for nothing. The alleged 50 terror plots that were halted were probably sting operations the US unintelligence agencies created.

Gee, maybe Merkel will have to ask Putin for asylum, too. Guessing somebody with some sense doesn’t like spying for the sake of spying. Privacy may be gone here in the US but apparently not in Germany!
