Let’s see , what does Tanzania have that the USA needs? Nada, zilch. Sure have a lot of people they can export who’d fit right in to Obama’s future electorate.

Macj,

Get out of your “hole”. Go there. The country’s population is 48 million and it is growing (2.8% projected). They need our equipment, technology and expertise. We will get paid for that and more employment in the USA. It is time to wake up for those like you.

Obama is such an imbecile. He is promising Africa 8 billion dollars to provide electricity to certain regions.

Do you know why these regions don’t have power? Corrupt Government/Dictatorship. When Obozo provides these regions power with money we don’t have, do you really think the dictators and warlords are going to disperse it among their impoverished subjects?

And to build business ties, Obama is going to give away BILLIONS of our tax dollars. Sounds about right, doesn’t it?

Let’s take stock. Some Florida based CEO gets taken hostage because he’s decided the Chinese are getting too much like Americans. He moves his enterprise to India. Next, the Indians get to wanting fairness. Next stop,, Bangladesh. They get wanting fairness too. Next,,, the continent of Africa is available for exploitation. Meanwhile, America sinks into poverty and requires an enhanced military presence to keep Americans in line.

Sound good?

Actually Africa is a big growth market for renewable energy products and services. The Chinese already are doing 20 X the business in Africa than we are, both selling products to them and acquiring raw products and minerals. Africa represents a large untapped market.

My company is already shipping solar products to South Africa, its a huge market.

@venimdenim, you know roughly 25% of the world’s population is without electricity… yes 25% and the reasons are far more complex than you state. Please look pass you racism and anti-Obama views.
