India owes an apology to the United States for its behavior and should issue an official statement that it is Indian policy that all of its representatives obey the national laws of the countries where they are posted. The diplomat should lose her job for causing so much embarrassment to India.

Amazing how Indian politicians have played and stirred Indian sheepeople’s unwarranted emotions to make gains at their polls. In the US, the federal prosecutors have a pretty good record of convictions. If they arrested someone that means the chances are great that s/he has broken federal laws. This un-convicted felon woman getting a hero’s reception in India is beyond any civil imagination.
