this is not a bad ideal. in july 2013 there were 316 million plus in USA. i thought wow. the government could give each household one million dollars to aid in growth and stimulate businesses. 316 million is a drop in the bucket compared the to debt. some who would recieve would retire, some would spend, most would pay debt off. jobs would open up. almost like recycling of the dollar. maybe.
