The longer the Kiir invited mercenaries stay in S-Sudan the faster the situation will deteriorate less relevant will the IGAD efforts become because a more unified front of patriotic Sudanese could join hands to kick out the mercenaries of Museveni who are helping the Puppet they can push around at the expense of S-Sudan citizens.
UN should urgently apply punitive sanctions to the Kampala regime. There was no peace in DRC until the regimes that were claiming to help promote peace in the East were flushed out with their M23 group. S-Sudan also needs to rid itself of the warlords that are claiming to help Kiir. S-Sudan needs an inclusive administration, reforms and a well grounded constitution, not the type that Kiir wants to give him dictatorial powers and no term limits to rule.
