The damaged tanker was transporting chemicals from Busan, Korea to Ningbo, China. It was hit, 9 miles from the coast of Korea, by a car carrier out on sea trials constructed by the Hyundai Mipo shipyard in Korea. Seems to be a problem Korea should be attending too.
