One should wonder if the sudden attraction for Putins ` snap` war games/military drills involving bridgehead numbers of troops, staged on the borders of, or within if at all possible, non NATO members are a ploy to keep NATO forces hopping around from one potential hotspot to another trying to outguess the next area chosen by Putin to annexe as Russian or pro Russian resident numbers are high enough to manifest another ` referendum`.
Theres a gnawing feeling that Europe and the US have already accepted that those countries who are now not NATO members, will be sacrificed to prevent ww3 from begining, for nothing short of serious military action can stop the Russian Bear clawing back as much previous territory as it can gather, while it can gather.
Have you ever watched a Bear fish for Salmon – he takes his fill, then leaves the river to allow the rest to feed.
Also makes one wonder what possible shady deals have been agreed by western powers before the final line in the sand is reached..

Putin is playing chess.

Obama’s supporters hope that Obama is playing checkers, or maybe, marbles.

It is actually worse than that.

Putin is playing chess and Obama is watching ESPN.

Who do you think is going to win?

Perhaps if Russia annexes any more territory, Nato should annex the small little Russian area which includes Konigsberg. Stop these bastard Russians right on their doorstep and make them feel some pain.
