This is the same AT&T that took two months to roll out the new BlackBerry OS 10.2.1 update, which I constantly asked for on Twitter. While the other carriers had rolled theirs out in less than a month, AT&T took their time. Again, who is the one dragging their feet? I’m looking at you AT&T.
