Living near a cereal maker when I was a kid I can understand this, I used to go through days of smelling nothing but burnt cereal during certain days of the year. If indeed the factory is not able to keep some of the emissions in the plant they may want to work on some enclosures, or “clean rooms” for the grinding. After all, we are talking peppers here, the same stuff used for pepper spray to incapacitate people. This stuff makes money, and its awesome stuff I love, but they should be able to invest some of that money into factory improvements.
