Nothing like Bitcoin. If you are a small manufacturer, retailer or distributor, you have been using Alibaba for the last couple years. It has been a major enabler behind the thousands of small startups across the nation, creating new products. Parts and prices which previously were only available to large manufactures became available to someone working in their garage. Even as your business scaled, they become the intermediary that helps you make partnerships with manufactures and distributors in China.

In China, they are also like Amazon, which if you consider Amazon’s domestic market vs. their domestic market gives you an idea about how huge they are.

The Street wishes to inform all potential investors in the Alibaba IPO that this is a very risky venture and the Fed has given its remarks on the company in as much as they reiterate that Alibaba may suffer earnings manipulation as is frequent in Chinese companies as well as the Chinese economy.

There exists no tangible evidence that Alibaba has the earnings it boasts and this IPO could very well tear at the fabric of an already brittle US Market.

If you invest in Alibaba you run the risk of massive losses due to the market manipulation and earnings manipulation of Chinese companies and Government.
