Wish there was some technology where you can inject some form of radiation to certain safe levels yet, enough to detect remotely. Use it to mark the prisoners for the swap and then use the radiation for detection.

Mott this plan may affect the little girls they have taken so cowardly. I think we send special teams to meet them. Bit by bit they disappear. These cowards are violent, but not a true soldier. Their advantage is they are on home turf, but I doubt they can see in the dark in any numbers.
